Magic Natura Resort - Benidorm

The infinity pool offered fine views and a great experience.

First off, the jacuzzi filter incident that left our son injured was disheartening, and we felt completely abandoned by the staff who showed no concern at all. To add to this, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom drain that ruined what could have been a pleasant atmosphere, forcing us to constantly manage it with towels. The overall lack of attention to guest safety and hygiene left us feeling very disappointed.

The room was brand-new and neat, complete with bathroom, 2 showers, for example. The pool area was lovely and the location was quiet, really close to water park and free food and drink, the restaurant were amazing and young the zoo and waterpark. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

The two pools offered ample space, always had clean areas, and were great for the kids. The staff worked really hard to ensure that all dining areas remained tidy, excellent. Access to both the zoo and waterpark, keeping the children entertained. Enjoying a beautiful sea view from our bungalow was a real highlight of our trip!

The themed dining options made every meal exciting, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the pools , made swimming enjoyable. The entire environment felt safe and well-maintained. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more variety in the buffet offerings.

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and a kids club. The staff were helpful on my first stay, assisting me with transport. I highly recommend enjoying the spa services. I'm coming back for Christmas.

It was just a good pick for a holiday in Benidorm with great value for money. We enjoyed the sea lion experience. It was fantastic seeing them up close in the waterpark. Remember to check the waterpark height restrictions before going with kids.

The lodge had a lot of fun features for the kids. They loved the proximity to both the zoo and water park. The daily entertainment kept them engaged from morning until night. The pools were clean, with plenty of space for everyone. The bathrooms had issues. The drain created an unpleasant smell, a bummer. Check-in took longer than I hoped, but the staff tried to manage it efficiently. The food in the buffet was okay, plenty of options, but it could get repetitive. One highlight was the themed dining options that were entertaining for the kids.

We loved the two pools at magic natura, perfect for all ages! The staff were amazing, always ensuring the dining area was clean and well-organized. The short drive to the beach was also a bonus. What really stood out was the access to the zoo and waterpark, a fantastic addition for family fun.

The two pools provided endless fun for my kids, always clean and easily accessible. The staff's efforts to keep the dining area tidy were commendable, we had a pleasant mealtime. It was good to enjoy a beautiful sea view from our bungalow.

we had to wait a bit for our room, but the pools and zoo were amazing! daily housekeeping kept our lodge spotless and the food options were excellent. staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic night at magic natura! The staff were super friendly, letting us check in early to enjoy the zoo and water park. The complimentary drinks in our bungalow were a nice touch, and we loved the evening entertainment. The themed fun and unique wellness experiences offered added to the charm!

The location here was perfect as it was close to Acqua Nature Park, water parks, nature parks, and the north central area of the destination.
